1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and btpro ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at btpro.asia and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. By accessing btpro, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. btpro reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of btpro is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. btpro is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to any person under the age of 18.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online sports betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or registering an account for a third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of btpro, or an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of placing real-money wagers.
• You must not have previously had an account on btpro suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

btpro may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access the real-money features of btpro, you must register a single account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are permitted to maintain only one account per person, per household, and per device. The registration of duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, btpro requires identity verification prior to processing your first withdrawal. You may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account, or bank statement showing account ownership);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by btpro's compliance team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btpro login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. btpro shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

btpro supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your btpro account.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your btpro account.
• Deposits processed via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your btpro wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to any applicable verification requirements.
• btpro reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Withdrawals submitted during Pakistani public holidays or outside standard banking hours may experience processing delays beyond btpro's control.
• btpro does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Any funds deposited to your btpro account are held in a segregated structure and are not used for operational purposes. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any open bet settlement obligations.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on btpro's sportsbook – including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, UFC, boxing, football, and all other available sports – are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. btpro reserves the right to reject or void any bet placed on odds that result from a manifest error, technical fault, or pricing error.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number is issued, it cannot be cancelled by the user unless the relevant market offers an official cash-out function.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity. btpro may suspend markets at any time during live events without prior notice.
• Void bets are refunded to your btpro account balance in full within 24 hours of the event result being confirmed.
• btpro reserves the right to limit the stake size on any market, for any account, at any time, without providing a reason.
• Any evidence of match manipulation, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of pricing errors will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

6. Casino & Games

btpro's casino section – including btpro Casino live tables, slots, All-Star Fishing, and Mahjong Ways – is provided in partnership with certified third-party game suppliers. All games use independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology where applicable. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments and subject to the game supplier's own rules, which supplement these Terms.

Return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for slots and RNG games are disclosed within the individual game information panel. btpro does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or return from any game session. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and involve financial risk.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited if the associated wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• btpro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you may set at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• btpro reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation involving your account;
• A regulatory, law enforcement, or governmental authority directs btpro to do so;
• You have operated more than one account on the Platform.

You may request voluntary closure of your btpro account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine funds balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on btpro.asia – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software – is the property of btpro or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written consent from btpro.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or system failures. btpro's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your btpro account in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

btpro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

12. Amendments to These Terms

btpro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a modification is material, btpro will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account prior to the change taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of btpro following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which btpro holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting btpro's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
